Terms of service

1.What the service is

We give you a public booking page and a private record of your bookings. We are a record-keeper. We are not your agent, not a marketplace, and not a party to any booking you take.

What you agree with your client — the price, the date, what is included, cancellations and refunds — is between you and her.

2.Your account

You need an account to publish a page. Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you. One account is for one business. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

3.Money

We never handle your clients' money. Advances and payments go directly from your client to you, by bank transfer or a wallet such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, exactly as they would without us. We do not hold, route, escrow or refund any of it, and we take no commission on your bookings.

You pay us only for the software. Pro is Rs. 1,500 a month or Rs. 15,000 a year, paid by transfer and activated by hand — there is no card on file and nothing is ever charged automatically. A paid period that has already started is not refundable, but you can simply stop: your page stays online on the free plan with your bookings and client list intact.

The setup service, where we build your page for you, is a one-off fee agreed before the work starts.

4.What you publish

Everything on your page is yours and stays yours. You are responsible for it being accurate and lawful, including your prices, your advance policy, and any claim you make about your work.

Photographs need care. If a photo shows a person who can be recognised, you must have their permission before you upload it. If someone in one of your photos asks us to remove it, we will.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, anything obscene, or anything that harasses or misleads.

5.Your clients' information

Your clients' names and phone numbers are in your account because they contacted you. Use them for the booking they contacted you about and for your own business — not for bulk marketing, not to sell on, and not to pass to anyone else.

If a client asks you to delete her record, delete it. The product lets you do that yourself.

6.Fair use

Do not try to reach another seller's data, probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first, use it to send spam, or run automated traffic against it. We can suspend an account that does.

7.Availability

This is a small product. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not promise it is free of faults. Where we can give notice of an interruption, we will.

8.Ending it

You can stop at any time. Request account deletion in Settings takes your page offline immediately and records the request; the data removal itself is done by hand, normally within 7 days, and you can cancel until it is carried out.

We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

9.Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing the service described here. We are not responsible for the outcome of your bookings — a client who does not turn up, money that does not arrive, or a disagreement between you and a client.

Where the law allows a limit, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here removes a right of yours that cannot be removed by agreement.

10.Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them and we email you about anything material. Continuing to use the product after that means you accept the new version.

11.Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute under them.
